These terms explain what to expect when booking an Advanced Blemish Removal consultation or treatment with me, Sarah Hurst, at Turn Beautiful in Brighton.

Consultations and bookings

All new clients begin with a consultation so that I can assess the area of concern, discuss treatment options and explain what may be suitable.

The consultation fee is £25 and is charged separately from treatment.

Sometimes a straightforward blemish may be treated at the consultation appointment if it is suitable and sufficient time is available. If a separate or longer appointment is needed, I will explain this before arranging treatment. There is no need to book additional treatment time in advance.

Appointments are made through Turn Beautiful’s booking system. Please select Sarah Hurst as your practitioner when booking.

Treatment suitability and results

Advanced Electrolysis is not suitable for every skin concern. I may recommend a patch test, further assessment or a medical opinion before proceeding. I may also advise against treatment where I consider it inappropriate.

For mole reduction, a consultation takes place first. If the mole appears suitable for treatment, I will provide a letter explaining the proposed procedure for your GP. Written GP confirmation is required before mole reduction treatment can take place.

The number of appointments needed and the results achieved vary according to the individual blemish and how the skin responds. I will explain the likely treatment process, healing and aftercare before treatment begins. No particular result can be guaranteed.

Prices and payment

Treatment prices shown on this website are starting prices or prices for the stated appointment duration. The final cost depends on the type, size, number, location and complexity of the blemishes being treated.

I will explain the proposed treatment and its cost before treatment begins. The £25 consultation fee is separate from the treatment price and is not deducted from it.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Where possible, please use the link in your booking confirmation to make changes online. If your appointment is less than 24 hours away, please contact Turn Beautiful as soon as possible.

Turn Beautiful’s booking terms state that:

  • Appointments cancelled or rearranged with more than 24 hours’ notice do not incur a cancellation charge. Any payment already made can be refunded or transferred to a new appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge of 50% of the booked treatment cost.

  • Missed appointments may incur a charge of 100% of the booked treatment cost.

Turn Beautiful will endeavour to offer a cancelled appointment to another client. If the appointment is filled, it will endeavour not to apply the cancellation charge.

Any cancellation or missed-appointment charge applicable to your booking, including a consultation appointment, will be governed by the terms communicated to you through Turn Beautiful’s booking process. Please read those terms before confirming your appointment.

Arriving for your appointment

Please arrive in time for your consultation or treatment. If you arrive late, there may not be enough time to complete the planned appointment. It may need to be shortened or rearranged, and the full appointment fee may still be payable.

Please provide accurate and relevant information during your consultation, including information about your health or medication where this may affect treatment suitability.

Age requirements

Advanced Blemish Removal consultations and treatments are currently available to clients aged 18 or over.

Personal information provided through this website and during your consultation is handled as described in my Privacy Policy.

Information entered into Turn Beautiful’s booking system is also subject to Turn Beautiful’s own privacy arrangements.
